Meditation Support: Anxiety
Anxiety can be crippling, especially in times of doubt or confusion. Here is a journaling exercise to help you work through temporary anxiety.
Put your worries down for a moment, and go about your daily life. Then, when you have had some time away... on a fresh page write a possible solution to each worry. If you can't come up with a solution, write something positive you can learn from each worry/situation. Putting the slightest positive thought toward each worry will help you overcome your anxiety.
